System Analyst
(Selangor - Kelana Jaya)

As a system integration provider, we are looking for highly dynamic professionals who are results driven to join us. Together as one team, we deliver enterprise solution to our customer.

 

Job Summary:

Conduct user requirement study, manage business requirements and transform them into functional requirements. Deliver both business requirements and functional requirements document. Manage client’s expectations and document delivery.

 

Essential Job Functions:

This position will perform the essential job functions listed below with regular supervision and guidance, as needed.

• Conduct requirements study with project stakeholders.
• Transform business requirements into functional requirements.
• Analyse functional requirements to produce conceptual software design.
• Develop minutes of meeting, business requirements and functional requirements document.
• Develop Product Backlog (For project using Scrum approach).
• Conduct walkthrough on the document with project stakeholders.
• Participate in system design workshop
• Participate in proposal writing

Education/Experience Requirements:

• Experienced in business/functional requirements gathering workshop
• Hold a recognized Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent qualificationswith outstanding academic credentials
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in software development
• At least 3 years’ experience in one or more of the below technologies:
  • Java development technologies/framework
  • HTML, Java Script
  • VB.NET, ASP.NET, VB Script and C#
  • Enterprise Information Portal (Liferay Portal and etc. )
• Key quality(s): Able to work independently, quick learner, proactive, good interpersonal skills, problem solving abilities, good presentation skill
• Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices
• Fluent in spoken and written English language
• Willing to work long hours
• Willing to travel (Both local or overseas)

Optional:

• Possess a CBAP certification
• Familiar with Unified Modeling Language (UML)
• Enterprise Application Integration practices
• Experience in Agile development – Scrum methodology
