Responsibilities: 

• Compile and maintain patient's medical records to document condition and treatment, to provide data for research or cost control and care improvement efforts, Identify, compile, abstract and code patient data, using standard classification systems, Review records for completeness, accuracy and compliance with regulations, ICD X.

Requirements:

• Male/Female
• Age maximum 30 years old
• Minimum D3 Degree from Medical Record
• Having min 1 years experience in similar position
• English active, and good communication skill.
