    Regional Payroll Specialist

    Responsibilities: 
    • The Payroll Sepcialist is responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely processing of payroll by the third party payroll provider. Analyzes overtime and payroll related transactions for reporting purposes. Responds to employee inquiries regarding payroll and payroll related transactions .
    Requirements:
    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
    • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in Payroll Officer or equivalent.
    • Proficient in the use of MS Excel.
    • Knows how to use payroll software system.
    • Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive and classified information.
    • Knowledge in Account Coding and Chart of Accounts

    Responsibilities:
    The Production Manager will be reporting to the Senior Production Manager and Japanese President, handling the key responsibilities as following:
    • Plan and manage all activities to ensure production schedules, quality and productivity levels are accomplished.
    • Responsible for planning control and monitoring processes to comply with the standards prescribe in order to meet of quality, quantity and delivery to customer.
    • Manage the total operations production (molding, curing, girding, cutting finishing and inspection processes).
    • Monitoring production performances & production planning processes, whilst coordinating effectively with all related business units.
    • Management of the plan for the budget and control of monthly production schedules.
    • Improve quality standard to meet customer’s requirement.
    • Develop and update KPI of each department unit to increase efficiency and enhance performance evaluation.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial and/or Metallurgical related fields.
    • At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing management, production planning & production control form automotive industry in rubber operations would be a plus.
    • Knowledge & experience in quality system (ISO 9001, 14001, ISO/TS 16949) highly desirable.
    • Strong management skills, problem-solving, decision making, high leadership, Proactive and good analytical skills.
    • Good command of both spoken and written in English

    • This is a pre-sales position with some post sales activities. In this critical role, you will have the opportunity to solve all technical objections during the sales process.
    • Presales activities include product presentation, deployment design, demonstration management, and technical solutions, provide intensive pre-sales technical consulting to prospective customers and channel partners, participating in conference calls and customer visits, make technical designs and presentations
    • Post sales duties include maintaining technical relationships with current prospects and customers. This will include customer visits along with limited customer install support.
    • There will also be the need to nurture Reseller Relationships including training, initial technical support, and ongoing product training.

    Requirements:

    • This candidate must have working knowledge of products in the network/ internet security industry, knowledge of Caching and WAN technology.

    • The incumbent will need the skills to understand network design, network management, packet level trouble shooting, protocol knowledge including but not limited to: FTP, MMS, DNS etc.
